To pay your fees
You can now pay your fees in three different ways:
2.By Cheque (must have cleared before services are rendered) & must be made payable to the “Victorian Equestrian Centre”.
3.By Bank transfer / direct deposit.
To pay by Cash:
You can pay by way of Cash, Cheque or Money order.
Simply hand your payment of fees to our Proprietor, Ken Aldred, when next at the VEC.
PLEASE NOTE: Cheques & Money Orders must be made payable to “Victorian Equestrian Centre”.
You can pay by way of Cheque or Money order if sending payments through the mail.
Simply send your payment of fees to the “Victorian Equestrian Centre” at P.O. Box 118,
Upper Beaconsfield, Victoria, 3808
PLEASE NOTE: Cheques & Money Orders must be made payable to
“Victorian Equestrian Centre”
Remember to Include your Name, Return Address, and a Contact Number.
Please Do Not send cash in the mail. Cash sent through the mail can be obvious, and we will not be held accountable for any lost cash sent in the mail.
To pay via Mail:
Bank Transfer is available For all payments over $40. – Smaller transfers will be rejected, in which case you may incur fees.
If you wish to pay by way of Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer, then simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: When making your direct deposit, please use your Full name, and the service for which you are paying in the Reference.
– For example: “John Smith – Agistment”, or “Sally Smith – Saturday Club”
Step 2: Then simply write to us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Reason for Payment (ie. Wednesday Riding Club), a Contact Number, and your Bank Transfer Receipt number.
